Myorin-ji funeral

More than 700 years since the funeral in Oiso Town
It can be done because it is led by a temple that is not for profit
Low cost but prestigious funeral
~ Modern funerals are too expensive ~
In recent years, funeral ceremonies held at funeral halls have become commonplace, but I hear people say that they couldn't hold the funeral with peace of mind due to the high cost.
Therefore, the temple located in Oiso Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, has released the low-cost, "safe" temple burial that was originally performed for the Dan family, even for those who are not the Dan family.
A funeral at a general funeral company cannot be a good-looking funeral without spending money on altars, decorations, and flowers.
A good-looking funeral that can be convinced by the bereaved family and attendees can cost millions of yen.
However, since the main hall of the temple is originally magnificently decorated, it is possible to hold a prestigious funeral that everyone can understand without spending extra money.
The funeral is a very important "farewell party" that can only be held once in a lifetime.
Please use the temple funeral "Temple Funeral" where the bereaved family and attendees can farewell at a cost close to that of the cremation ceremony, instead of just cremation.

A funeral ceremony held by a temple, not a funeral company, for the memorial service of the Buddha
"Temple funeral"
~ Cremation ceremony that leaves only emptiness ~
The "cremation ceremony", in which the corpse is cremated directly from the morgue to the crematorium without a farewell ceremony such as a funeral, is one of the new ways of sending.
The cost of cremation is low and the number of users is increasing year by year, but what about the feelings of the bereaved family, relatives, friends, colleagues, and neighbors who wanted to say goodbye to the deceased?
It is painful for everyone to be cremated without being able to say goodbye.
The bereaved family would be very painful if they were told, "That family didn't let me say goodbye to the deceased without a funeral."
"Cremation ceremony" is a method of sending the deceased who leaves only emptiness.
In order to prevent the bereaved family from suffering, the temple holds a fine funeral at the same cost as a general cremation ceremony.
The funeral "temple funeral" led by the temple is not for profit but for the purpose of memorial service for the Buddha, so the high cost of a general funeral is not required.
Sometimes the deceased wants a simple cremation ceremony, but I often hear stories of the bereaved family who regretted feeling guilty because they couldn't make a proper memorial service even though they did the cremation ceremony as they wished.
The funeral is not only for the deceased, but also an important ritual for organizing the feelings of the bereaved family.

The funeral of the temple is 198,000 yen
A mechanism for a good funeral at a low price
Myorin-ji Temple has a system that allows you to hold a "good funeral" that you can be proud of to your relatives and attendees at a low price.
What is the mechanism of "low-priced but fine funeral" that funeral experts gathered and created over many years?
① The funeral is held by a temple for memorial service, not a funeral company for commercial purposes.
(2) The chief priest plays a central role in the operation, and the labor cost is suppressed by operating with a small number of staff.
③ Remove the factors that increase the cost of the funeral, such as "excessive entertainment expenses such as meals for attendees" and "excessive decoration of the altar that is not necessary", return the funeral to its original shape, and useless expenses. We are aiming for a funeral that anyone can use without spending money.
④ By holding a funeral at the main hall of the temple, there is no need to prepare decorations such as altars and flowers like the ceremony hall of a funeral company, and there is no need to pay for it.
⑤ A priest and a funeral expert spent seven years thinking and preparing how to make a good funeral at a low cost.
⑥ The temple has a sense of mission to hold a fine funeral that everyone can understand, regardless of the cost, for people living in the Shonan area for more than 700 years after the funeral in Oiso Town.
