Realizing that the temple will be destroyed only by faith, he will study and study the temple management independently for many years in order to acquire management ability. More specialized knowledge is required, and various national qualifications are acquired to rebuild the self-reliance.

Although the operation of the priest is stable, many temples are still subcontractors of other industries, and I often see temples that are difficult to operate and collapse. I felt a sense of crisis that many of the temples would disappear if nothing was done, so I would gather experts in temple management and launch the "Temple Revolution." With the feeling that I don't want to see the abandoned temple anymore.
