[Temple business book for monks by monks]

"Does your temple still exist 100 years later?"

We have entered an era in which the temple cannot be maintained by faith alone. The operation of temples without strategy is the biggest cause of abandoned temples. If you don't lay the "foundation" for temples, lay people, temples, and future successors, your temple may disappear 100 years later.

For monks who want to manage their temples, this book is written by a temple management consultant who grew up in the United States, without using the standard "business jargon" that is not well understood in business books. This is a business book for monks written in "realistic spoken language" as if they were coming to listen to the seminar.
